How often should my pool be cleaned?

For most residential pools in Nashville, 2–4 times per month is ideal during swim season (April–October). Heavy-use pools, large pools, or pools with lots of surrounding trees benefit from weekly service. Our Premium and Elite plans are designed for standard and heavy-use scenarios respectively.
Do you require a long-term contract?

No. All of our subscription plans are month-to-month. You can cancel, pause, or change plans anytime with no cancellation fees. We earn your business every month.
Do you service saltwater pools?

Yes. We service all pool types including chlorine, saltwater, and mineral systems. Our technicians are trained on salt cell maintenance, and we include salt level checks and cell inspections as part of our Premium and Elite plans.
What chemicals do you use?

We use professional-grade chemicals from trusted brands including chlorine (tablet or liquid), pH adjusters, alkalinity increaser, calcium hardness increaser, stabilizer, algaecide, and clarifier as needed. All chemicals are included in your subscription — no surprise charges.
What if my pool is green or in bad shape?

We've seen it all. Our Green Pool Recovery service can restore even the worst pools — typically within 3–5 days. After recovery, we can transition you to a regular subscription plan to keep it that way. Pricing starts at $350 depending on severity.
Can I skip visits when I'm out of town?

Subscriptions are designed for consistent maintenance, but yes — if you're going to be away for an extended period, just let us know and we can adjust your plan accordingly. Note: skipping visits can affect water quality, so we often recommend keeping service active even while you're away.
Do you handle equipment repairs?

Our subscription plans include equipment inspection and basic maintenance. For larger repairs or replacements (pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing), we provide a separate quote and work with you to coordinate the fix. We partner with trusted local repair specialists when needed.
How do I pay for service?

We use Jobber for billing, which supports automatic monthly payments via credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. You'll receive a digital invoice after signup and can set up autopay in one click.
